So i test drove the alfa for the first time since the rebuild today. It went well except for one thing. The valve cover gasket leaks but I didn’t know it leaked this bad.
The engine itself is fine though still has good oil pressure and level is good BUT WOW that’s scary. I had a fire extinguisher in the car with me but i hate to think about having to use it.

It was kinda funny because when i was driving it I was like “this smells like a barbecue” but I shrugged it off because I had painted the exhaust system and I just figured it was baking on. Then when I pulled into my yard smoke was pouring out the hood and I thought “shit did it overheat” then I rememebered “oh yeah exhaust” then i popped the hood and saw it and was like “HOLY FUCKING JESUS SAVE ME”
